Brian Becker has over 12 years of experience breaking down and rebuilding existing programs and processes across different industries. He lives by the mantra “what got us here will not get us there”.
Fostering incremental improvement in operations is certainly a main area of focus, but the human element of any organization should never be discounted. Brian was motivated to start BGS because he wants to help founders and their teams spend less time “on the blade” of hockey-stick growth. He is a catalyst with a specialty in leadership development.

OUR PROCESS
Becker Growth Strategy (BGS) will meet with company leadership to provide a 360 degree operational audit during the initial 30 days including process documentation, needs assessment, stress testing, and initial fundraising strategy.
Together we will future cast what your business will look like AFTER rapid growth has taken place. Then, we will work backwards to see where the bottlenecks to growth will likely occur along the path towards this vision. Do you have the required production capacity? Is the team ready and able to execute the plan? Do you have the correct operational processes in place? Are there certain aspects of the operational flow which should be automated in order to help process increased demand?
This method will inform the final strategy and the proper allocation of resources on an appropriate timeline. BGS knows that our clients all want to grow, and to grow quickly. The questions we will continually ask are “how”, “who”, “when” and “what will be the consequences of this growth?”
